We had already listed our property with another agent and company and had not been completely happy with the service that was being provided to us. Although we were not listed with Ray White, They made the effort to keep in touch with us to see how our property was progressing and keep us up to date with what was happening in the market place. Being a first home buyer as well as being new in Australia, I was certainly nervous about buying a house through an auction. I had only seen the property two weeks prior to the auction, and was not at all prepared to begin with. However, Ray White guided me and worked extremely hard with me to get me well and truly prepared. They worked around my busy work schedule to accommodate my needs. The sale of our first home and relocation to another city was emotional enough, but added to this stressful situation was the recent tragic loss of our first child. Ray White was excellent in guiding us through the process of selling which helped put our minds at ease during such a challenging period in our lives. We received honest feedback in relation to marketing issues such as advertising and presentation of the property. They kept us fully informed on the feedback expressed by potential buyers after every inspectin, and was extremely proactive in his approach to keeping potential buyers motivated and eager to participate in the sale of our property via Auction. Although hesitant at first, explaination of the Auction process and how this could achieve the best possible outcome was convincing and ultimately was the best decision for the sale of our property.
