We received a career transfer in December and only had a very short timeframe to sell our house. We are still in shock at the speed in which everything happened. Ray White was exceptionally helpful in organising things from the pool fence certification to looking after things when we were gone. He couldn’t have done anything more. He is just an all round good bloke.

We had already listed our property with another agent and company and had not been completely happy with the service that was being provided to us. Although we were not listed with Ray White, They made the effort to keep in touch with us to see how our property was progressing and keep us up to date with what was happening in the market place. We stayed with our original agent through our exclusive listing period and for a further three weeks but were unsatisfied with their performance and the fact that our property had not sold in nearly 12 weeks. Ray White sold our property within 3 weeks of listing and at a price that was considerably greater than what we had listed with the previous agent. They made us feel at ease whilst making the whole episode of selling our property far less stressful.

The sale of our first home and relocation to another city was emotional enough, but added to this stressful situation was the recent tragic loss of our first child. Being a first home buyer as well as being new in Australia, I was certainly nervous about buying a house through an auction. I had only seen the property two weeks prior to the auction, and was not at all prepared to begin with. My partner and I have been looking for rental properties for some time, dealing with a lot of Property Management companies in Townsville. We are both professional business people, add on top of this, we also own a business and as such, time is not something that we have a great deal of. So for us to view a property during business hours is quite difficult.

I do not often write letters like this however I felt that in this instance, it is well deserved.

I have never dealt with such a professional organisation. My first dealings were with Nicole. She has the customer service skills of someone well beyond her years. Her communication skills are second to none, I received an email back from her within hours of my enquiry, her ability to ask the right questions on the phone when dealing with my enquiry was un-paramount. Thanks to her skill set, not only were we able to book a viewing time for the property we wanted to view but she also booked us in for some more viewings on properties that were what we were looking for. As the market is very tight at the moment, Nicole also helped us with an application form and guided us though everything that we needed.

Upon our viewing, we got to meet Chrissie. As soon as we walked into the property, her bubly and warm personality shone through. Nothing was too big a deal, every question we had got answered with a smile, in fact, she also advised us on other properties she had for viewing and what she had coming up.

After viewing these properties, my partner and I continued to look through the web to see what other properties were available. However, we found ourselves overlooking the other properties due to the fact they were not listed by Ray White Townsville City. This is an organisation of people that I want to deal with.

Thank you Ray White Townsville City rentals for a stress free experience in renting out our investment property. Everything was left in the hands of the rental section and before we knew it, the property had been rented in what was a matter of days. As a property owner, having the right tenant selected and moved in as soon as possible is exactly the level of service one hopes for from their Real Estate. Although we live in Cairns, we were kept advised throughout the whole process and felt that renting out our property was given a high priority by Ray White Townsville City.
