Madonna Herrod has been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years. She started her real estate career with Ray White Townsville City as a receptionist. Madonna took time off from her career to have her second child in 2001 and later rejoined the team in 2007. Madonna was an integral part of the award winning Property Management team who took out Office of the Year for QLD. Ray White Townsville City is still the only office outside of the South East Corner of QLD to take out this award. Madonna skilfully managed clients with multiple properties to ensure that the particular needs of these owners were met. In 2011, Madonna was elevated to Business Manager for the entire Property Management Department where she manages the team with her wealth of experience. Madonna and her team’s structure has seen them feature as examples in many Ray White training seminars and videos, leading the way for Property Management teams.
