Frank Munnich worked closely with me to identify suitable properties that I may be interested in purchasing. He knew the type of property I was looking for and when they became available, he would organise a time for me to inspect. He kept in contact with me over a long period of time and once I found the property I wanted to buy he was most helpful in preparing me for the auction. With the help of Phil Rogers from the Loan Market I had organise pre-approval for the loan. Frank then spent time with me preparing for the auction. This was my first auction and Frank went a long way to making me feel comfortable with what I needed to do. I really appreciated the time and effort Frank put into finding a lovely property.

We have bee fortunate enough to have Frank represent us, on behalf of Ray White, in selling our house at 42 Donostia Crescent Bushland Beach.  We wish to thank Frank for his guidance and displayed professionalism throughout the selling and buying of property.

Frank made himself available at short notice and kept us updated as things moved along.  Buying and selling of a property is a big step in our lives and Frank smoothed the journey and was able to confidently guide us through the process. Weekly reports and frequent updates kept us well informed and supported his statements and advise when making decisions with no error.

During our time looking for another property, Frank was able to interpret information provided by other real estate agents with simplified versions of understanding.  Frank's straight forward approach helped us remain at ease during the tough decision making process.

On occasions Frank would call us, out of the blue, just to see how we are travelling which showed compassion and provided assurance which is a trait not normally displayed, though to his credit, displayed honourably.
